This pattern is a lot of fun. There was definitely an intimidation factor with having so many chart symbols that represented actions that were new to me, but in any given round there is typically at most one “new” action that I haven’t encountered previously, so it’s really not bad at all.

I did re-chart the patterns using the charting software (and symbol set) I’m used to. It’s almost like pre-knitting the pattern, so I’m able to understand what’s going on stitch box by stitch box prior to knitting it stitch by stitch.
