+++++++++++++++

The bodice is designed from the Janice Dress and should be approximately 9” across. That makes 14 flower columns (7 pattern repeats of Chart A).

The first sample was with a 2.5mm needle and gave me a 21” waist.

Add one edge stitch for seaming (approximately 114 stitches).

Bodice: Flower design

Make bodice fall 1” below underarms.

10/4/14 - Finally cast off the skirt. After it finishes blocking, I can stare at it and decide what kind of sleeves it should have.

11/4/14 - Finished knitting and sewed on the sleeves. Now on to picking out the buttons and making the slip, bonnet and booties. I also added two chain link belt loops.
