Shooting for an 18 month size.

Changes:
Foundation Row: Did 18 loops instead of 15.

Do Row 1 three times.

Row 8.5: Like Row 9, but with 4 ch between sc’s. This required me to cut the yarn after Row 9 and reconnect at the opposite end to be ready for Row 10.

Did not connect in the back when I added the white trim so I could weave a ribbon tie through instead (so it would be adjustable.

Used a combination of heavy spray starch and liquid “Stiffy” for the bonnet and brim (used spray on the base and both on the brim).
