I think I might be doing the “Right Twist” incorrectly. I watched two videos on YouTube and one had you going through both stitches first, then the second (closest to the needle tip). Another had you just knit the first stitch from the top, then the second stitch. Both of those looked like a cable. When I did mine, I inserted the needle to the outside left of the first stitch and knit through the bottom leg. Then knit the second stitch from the outside, far right, bottom leg. Then pulled them both off. Mine makes angled lines. It still looks okay, though, so I’m not worried about it. I tried four different methods (noted below), but this is the one I liked the best.

38g (356 yards) from start through Chart 2, Row 3
51g (485 yards) through Chart 4 , Row 2
79g (748 yards) through Chart 4, Row 24
96g (911 yards) through Chart 4, Row 32
113g (1,068 yards) through Chart 4, Row 40
129g (1,225 yards) through Chart 5, Row 9
134g (1,275 yards) through Chart 5, Row 22
172g (1,630yards) through Chart 5, Row 32
176g (1,673yards) through bind off

I like that MythMouse pointed out that there would be a stitch imbalance on the fragment section of Chart 4, Row 15: Here is my own change: yo, k1, yo, k2, yo, kfb, yo, k2, yo, k1, yo.

Explanation of Chart 5, Row 19: K3 (edge stitches), k4, work section between blue lines, work cable (marker should be in front of cable). Continue working cable/blue section until the last seven sts. Knit 4, k3 (edge stitches).

Bound off with 12 chains and a 1.9mm hook.

I’m using most of the same photos as the first shawl since the only difference is the bead color.

Right Twist Experiments:
1) Far left lower, Far right lower (looks best)
2) Far left lower, far right from top
3) Same as 1
4) Same as 2
5) Left lower from center, right lower
6) Left lower from center, right top from center
7) Same as 5
