343g

I have four skeins of this yarn, but two different dye lots. I used both “634717A” and one “633482”. A few rows of the first sleeve and all of the second sleeve were made with the second skein. There is a slight difference, but hopefully nobody will notice due to the stitch style.

Fronts - 74g:
I did 33 rows, but there are only 75 stitches.

Back - 61g:
I only did one chain for the mesh pattern. When I did two, it made it a tad too ruffly.

Sleeves - First 96g, Second 112g:
Interesting construction. The sleeves are done sideways from shoulder to wrist and slip stitched to the shoulder stitches as you go. They are also short rowed for the flare. If I make another one, I will whip stitch the sleeves closed instead of slip stitching them.

Chained 141 for length.

My first sleeve shrunk as I crocheted so I frogged it and added 16 stitches. Below are measurements I took as I crocheted.

Length: Row 1 = 26”
Row 6 - 25”
Row 20 (includes short rows) - 22”
Row 40 - 21.5”
Row 60 - 22”
Ended on Row 8 of the pattern (66 total rows). 22” from shoulder.

Row 7: 70 hdc
Row 8: 69 hdc

I modified the front edge to make loops for the tie. Single crochet across with five ch4 loops.

Ch140 for the tie.

The sleeves are too long and will probably need to be shortened.
