My go-to for knitting garments is fingering or DK weight yarn. This is my first time knitting a garment with a super bulky weight yarn. I can say this…it’s much fasting.

I did have a little trouble casting on for my size which delayed the start of this test knit. I selected size 6 with a cast-on of 130 stitches but found it too large of a neckline me. I have a large body but thin arms like Humpty Dumpty. So, I choose size 5 for the body and size 4 for the sleeves. I found that I was able to select different size for the body/sleeves without effecting the pattern.

February 19th - I have separated the body and the sleeves. I should have the body done my end of tomorrow and then finishing the sleeves on Tuesday. I’m hoping to block it shortly after.

February 23rd -Finshing the bind off.
