Modifications:
Changed colours
Ran a tacking thread through the hat and gathered the point up a bit, then added a bell to the tip
Shortened the nose a little (two rows?)
Made the beard less pointy, by doing fewer decreases at the top and more at the bottom
Embroidered some eyes on
