First, I need to emphasize that I love, love, love this design. I love, love, love the way it is knitting up. I will definitely be making another pair of these for me!

That being said, the pattern is difficult to follow. As much as I love everything Cookie A,this book, Knit. Sock. Love., is not for the faint-hearted sock-knitter.
