2/21/09 - I’ve renamed this my Lemonade Stole, thanks to a comment by TwistedKnitster in the Ply By Night Forum:

Although I have to add that I’m really liking this project much more than I thought I would! So much so, that I’m probably going to keep it for myself instead of gifting it away as I had originally planned.

2/18/09 - I cast on the stole, using 96 stitches. (This was the second cast on, since the first time I cast on 126 which was too many and wider than I wanted.)

2/16/09 - The first 4 ounces has been spun, plied, and is drying. Hopefully I’ll be able to cast on this week!

The yarn is Navajo plied to a 3-ply sport weight, and is a consistent 14 WPI. It’s my first 3-ply, and I think it turned out great!
