I love the way this came out. It’s ruffly and feminine and will look cute on Angela.
I started this one by doing alternate sc dc, then it needed some ruffles, so I started going around and around in hdc increases. I only wanted to use one skein of Unforgettable and it was too short to tie, so I used a nifty idea from City Neckwarmer by Donna Okoro. I thought yarn buttons would look real cute, so I used the Pom Pom buttons from Reversible Cowl/shawl/hood with pom pom buttons. Loved making the buttons!
