Love this shawl! I struggled a bit with the pattern and getting the stitch counts correct at the end of each row, but I’m going to assume that was my fault rather than anything being wrong with the pattern. I was making it in a big hurry so my sister could take it to New York with her.
The pattern was well written, but I was tired and under pressure, LOL, so it took a bit of “interpretive crochet” to get the stitch count to work.
But despite my lack of skills in mathematics the end result was gorgeous and my sister REALLY loves it! Yay!
I will definitely be making another one, hopefully for myself, as I have quite a bit of 4ply in my stash that is crying out to be made into something useful (and pretty)
It was a bit tricky to photograph, and the photo’s don’t really do it justice, it’s much prettier in real life! :-)
