Many, many episodes of Dark Shadows, Who the (bleep) Did I Marry and Ken Burns: The West were watched while knitting this, not to mention Damsels in Distress and The Avengers (at a drive-in!).

Easy pattern which yields dramatic results. The yarn was all on sale at Michael’s around my birthday, so I decided to make this as a gift to me. I did an extra repeat, which made this delightfully. In fact, worked in this Aran weight, it’s almost a square. I hardly used some of the yarns and I’ve definitely got enough left over to make a baby blanket.
