I needed more of these little bags, and at the same time I decided to update the pattern for the bag while I was making them.

Pattern is now:
A) For one size only - it was confusing in two different, but very similar, sizes.
(Size can easily be altered simply with different yarns and hook sizes, or by adding extra rows or chs at the start).

B) In complete (US) crochet terminology (I’ve been told that my crochet language is a little ‘unusual’ :) I use terms like ‘cast off’ where most crocheters don’t. So I’ve changed all that.

C) Made clearer and with a few more ‘how to’ notes.

D) Stitch counts given at the end of all rows.

E) should be completely beginner-friendly now

I have also added more length choices to the shoulder strap. One of these little bags is made with a shoulder strap beginning with 91chs and is long enough for the average 10-11 year old. This was important because older children like these bags as much as younger children do.
