19 May 2018.
Started the penultimate pair of my DragonSocks for Katherine tonight. I finished the cuff, and tomorrow I will be knitting Round 5 of the leg. I am using MadTosh Twist Light in the Flashdance colorway, which screams “Katherine’s color” at me, every time I look at it.

23 May 2018.
I finished “Clue 1” of the first sock tonight. These socks are a delight to knit. I also went to the doctor today, and ended up with a bruise the same color as these socks, courtesy of the phlebotomist.

10 July 2018.
These socks were put on “hold” to get some other KAL knitting done. I think I’m on Clue 3, but I could be mistaken.

29 July 2018.
Finished the second sock today, minutes before Katherine and her family left my house for the last time on this visit from Germany. Their flight doesn’t leave till Tuesday morning, but I won’t see them before then. Feeling a little blue.
