Sailor Pluto, with removable staff, and a planet Pluto for her to sit on!

I’m submitting this for the Nerd Wars Tournament 4, Round 1 Intellectual challenge to make something based on a mnemonic device - in this case, the memory device “My very excellent mother just served us nine pizzas” for remembering the planets!
