There was a lot of trial & error with this project because I modified it to fit my bigger hooks, and in the end I was very happy with the results. Naztazia’s “how to” video tutorial was helpful with the basic construction. I never looked at the written pattern once. I incorporated the styling of “Summer Waves Placemats” as my outside cover and used the instructions from Cheri12 to make the double-sized pockets so I could put my Tulip, Clover Amour and big plastic hooks into them easily.

I chained 27 and worked with 26 chains throughout. It’s important to count your stitches! I used a plastic mesh canvas for support, although I didn’t cut them big enough (but not bad for my first time using the stuff)!

I love having all my hooks and accessories …well, most of them… in one place.
