Scarf: I only had about a half of skein so I shortened the chains to (86?) using a P hook throughout.

Mods for scarf: I used only 4dcs (instead of 5) to complete a “shell”.

Headband It’s basically chaining enough to fit about an inch from the circumference of your head and then join with the beginning stitch. With a P hook, I dcs into the “humps” of the chain. Then with a 9mm hook, I did 3 rows of boo (back loop only) single crochets and finished the last row with dcs using the P hook.
