This was the most complicated project for me to date. It helps to looks at the chart provided on the pattern sheet. If you’re up for a challenging hat pattern, this is it. I’m pretty certain I made mistakes, but it looks good and wears beautifully so it’s a keeper. I’d love to make the matching scarf someday.

If you use this metallic yarn and can’t find the middle of the skein, I would not rewind it on a ball winder because it will twist and you will become aggravated as I was. The yarn is so soft and pretty in person.

One thing to note: it’s slippery and very unforgiving if you try and unravel it. Have patience. It’s a lovely yarn. Very pretty, but handle with care.
