Some notes on small adjustments:

Row 20: SLST to and во 2-ю space (foreign characters I believe should read: to and into 2nd space)…

Row 23: In the last line of the repeat:
…2 CH, (ADD: skip popcorn, dc in next space, chain 2), skip next DC, FP DC around next DC* around. Join.

Row 25: SLST in space, (ADD: DC2-tog in this and next space)
Start of repeat: (2 CH, DC2-tog за next 2 spaces) х 3 times, 3 CH, FP SC around popcorn, 2 CH, (popcorn 4 TC in space in round 23 between 2 next popcorns, 3 CH) х 2 times, popcorn 4 TC in next space in round 23, 2 CH, FP SC around next popcorn, 3 CH, (ADD: skip next space, DC2-tog in next two CH2 spaces) end of repeat.

Explanation: first dc2 tog needs to be outside of the repeat, and then all consequent dc2 tog in the chain two spaces created between the sc’s of the previous round, not the the first space, which is the ch2 directly after the last popcorn of previous round and not part of that set.

Row 30: I was confused by the forward slashes in the instruction here. So going off of the photo, for that segment of the row instruction with forward slashes, you will want 8 bp dc with a ch1 between each bpdc and each bpdc will go into every other stitch of the prior round (it will either be a dc or fpdc and will make sense when you get there). In this way, you should end with 96 bpdc for the round per the total stitch counts for the row.

Row 31: Section with “repeat 7 times” should be followed by a final bpdc and then carry on with pattern (ch1) (ie insert a bpdc between “…7 times, (ADD: BPDC), 1 CH, FPDC…” in order to match prior row stitches, photos, and row 31 total stitch count of bpsc of 96.
