I started this over the Christmas Holidays on the 23rd Dec. It worked up really fast. I had finished crocheting the two pieces by the end of the year. I didn’t take photos as I worked, it was a bit wrinkly.
I decided to wet block before sewing it together as it will be easier to do it that way
I’m not sure if I have enough left over yarn for some fringed tassels … I think that would look good.

I took a photograph of the pieces folded up prior to stitching it together. It looks like it’s going to be a bit small … the opening for the neck may only just be big enough to get over my head. I made the L/XL size to be sure it fitted, my gauge must be way off. I’ll sew it up and then see. May have to donate this one to charity shop.

Placed in a “for charty” bag, next time they collect one, It would be great on a child.
