Notes

This was a great little pattern. I love that the thumb gets knit up before the rest of the hand. Anytime I have anything I can leave for later I do and sometimes later gets left to way later, so doing the thumb first meant these got done much sooner. It also made for a very smooth thumb join. The yarn is some that I dyed as a test for my shop. It’s a very squishy worsted weight that I really enjoyed. The color is one I’m still tweaking. I love it as my ever loving teal/blue loving soul will do, but I would also love to find a way to get it to bleed less, so will be working on that. Mollie kindly hand modeled for me at knitting group- I love her bright green kicks. I used size 8 needles and worsted weight yarn, but the gauge I got was for the medium size as listed in the pattern.
