sc 4 into the next 4 spaces
hdc 1 into the next sp
dc into the next 3 spaces
with one chain left dc 7 into the last st.

hdc 1 in next space
sc into the next 4 spaces

place stitch marker under last sc

sc 2 into the next stitch
sc 2 into the next stitch

sc 9 across the next 9 stitches

Next 5 stitches work 2 sc in eacch of next 5 sts
Next 9 sts work sc in each stitch
back to stitch marker move up to last st worked

Join Color B and sl st through all stitches all around. 29sts Break Yarn leaving 5” tail.

Find Middle of heal Join Color B again by counting 8 stitches from the right of the heel.

Chain 1, sc into same st to get row going
sc 2 into the next 2 sl st spaces (3 sc worked including ch 1)
Heel Strap: Ch 8
Skip 9 heel spaces then sc into the 10th sl st space
sc 2 into the the next 2 sl st spaces
Toe Strap: Ch 16 loosley making sure not twisted. Sl st into very 1st stitch.

Next step. Work in the round
Chain 1, work into each chain stitch. Work into either back bump or front loop only.
Break Yarn pull through.

Toe Strap: With long tail, make sl knot, Ch 4, then sc into 2nd chain from hook, sc next 2. Turn.
