I’m on the thin side (5’4”, 100-105lbs) and have a 31” bust. However, I have broad shoulders and would prefer a slightly oversized cardigan, so I opted to cast on for the second size (Small).

Gauge: 20/24= 3.75”/3.75” (unblocked) 4”/4” (blocked)

Double Knit Belt (In hibernation since my baby bump means I won’t be able to belt it, yet): CO 12 sts using US6 needle, switched to US7 for rest of belt.

YARN: YarnSub.com says my yarn is an 88% match to the pattern’s BT Shelter (but at a much lower price point)
Jan 8- Wound yarn and swatched. Got gauge on 7s.
Jan 9- Casted on. Used up first ball of wool (also used for gauge swatch).
Jan 10- Separated for sleeves.
Jan 11- Completed first repeat of Chart A section. Used up second ball of wool on Row 13.
Jan 13- Completed second repeat of Chart A.
Jan 15- Used up third ball of wool on Row 3 of Chart B.
Jan 16- Completed Chart B.
Jan 20- Used up fourth ball of wool on Row 15 of Chart A. Completed third repeat of Chart A.
Jan 22- Completed last repeat (Chart B) and started ribbing.
Jan 24- Used up fifth ball of wool on bottom ribbing with .5 inches to BO.
Jan 25- BO bottom ribbing. Started picking up stitches for edging.
Jan 27- Picked up sts and began k1,p1 edging.
Jan 31- BO edging, used up 6th ball of wool. Started sleeves.
Feb 6- Used up 7th ball of wool after last decrease of first sleeve. Finished first sleeve.
Feb 13- Used up 8th ball of wool on 6th decrease of second sleeve. Finished second sleeve!
Feb 16- Washed and blocked sweater. Started double knit belt.
