I got distracted and had to rip back the crown. It helps me to double-check the number of sts between the decrease stitch.
Set up: 14; total is 4+(4x14)=60
Then 4+(4x12)
First repeat 4+(4x10)
Second 4+(4x8)
Third 4+(4x6)
Fourth 4+(4x4)
Fifth 4+(4x2)=12
