CO 40 sts on US# 7.
Originally I wanted to work this in gray and blue, but it looks a little washed out so I added the natural as second cc.
It really is a very simple pattern. The intriguing part is that you can work with one , two or three colors. It is fun to come up with different color combinations.
You only need very little yarn of each color, so this is a great pattern for leftovers.
The second one I made became a trivet/ coaster after seaming the corners over. I wasn’t sure at first and let people vote on my fb page.
