I made two mosaic blankets for our niece with this yarn and they hold up very well.

My son and DIL choose the pattern and colors smiling_face_with_3_hearts
Working it on size #8 needles , same as for Claire.
I did notice a flare in the garter stitch sections on the bottom and top and am wondering about that since the added stitches in the mosaic section should have taken care of that.
If I notice a flare, I may crochet a border around such as I did with these placemats.

False start. Not a good idea to start on this right after getting home from Spain. Only when I wanted to start on the mosaic pattern did I realize that I was off in my stitch count cry
Better restart tomorrow.

I cast on again today ( although I am still very tired and have a headache. This time I have the right number of stitches, increased the stitch count and started a few rows on the mosaic. smiling_face_with_3_hearts
I used the German Twisted CO on a needle one size bigger.

I am on pattern repeat number 8 and think I should make this the last one. The blanket is 29” wide and 36” long. Once the repeat and final border are done it will probably about 40” which is a nice size.

I finally finished this blanket. I could have finished sooner, but worked on a few smaller projects in between: 3 hats, two pairs of booties, one pair of slipper and one emotional support chicken….
