The yarn is my souvenir from The UK Knit Camp excursion to New Lanark Mill.

Finished. A pleasure to knit.

I’ve started with the first sleeve. I like the pattern very much and the yarn fits it well.
I will knit the body in the round like the sleeves. In the middle I have 7 stitches for steeking (crochet steeking, which Jared Flood tought us in the ‘Plan your own aran’ class at Knit Camp)!

I have now finished the body. Except for 2 cm at the neck I knitted the whole body in the round.

The steeking went well thanks to Jared and his brilliant teaching.

I bought the buttons at McAree Brothers in Stirling.
