Aug 11/22: Bought the yarn in Ottawa today.
Will thread #8 beads when I get home.

Using #8Toho Gold-Lustre African Sunset. I have threaded on around 410 beads for the first mitt. My hands are smallish so I m going to add on few more stitches(5) and rows (6) at the beginning and the end for this pair. The recipient has larger hands.

I am not a fan of this yarn. Knitting with black is enough of a challenge but this yarn is very splitty. To far into this to start over. It will be good for doll hair. I won’t knit with it again. Very slow going. slightly_frowning_face
