This is for an 11 yr old, brown hair and eyes. wavy hair, likes blue and purple

-purple top (have the fabric) with lace butterfly (owl) applique, knit a blue sweater, denim skirt (have the fabric), purple socks (?)with lace edging, shoes (?)
hot pink ruffle on left wrist, black and hot pink ruffle on right wrist.
-I will knit the dark brown on large needles so the hair will look as if it has been braided wet, that’s what her Mom says. I think I have it figured out. the hardest part will be finding the lace applique I like in the right size.
Black flats no socks. Black purse, chain handle, lace butterfly, purple flower in her hair, and a larger one for Maya……..talked to Mom today. I am ready.
Hair: 9mm needle, dark brown, knitting a huge swatch for wavy hair. Will put it in the steamer for 15 minutes and then let it dry naturally. Then unravel.
May 30th, body finished, Made a little cap with HDC in back loop same pattern as the head, 9 rounds, and sewed it on the head, it will make attaching the hair much easier.
June 7th clothes are finished!! Just have to attach the head, trim the hair and maybe make a purse.
