Have not used this yarn before. I am going to try a 5.5 hook and see how it turns out. I crochet rather snuggly too so may go up.
I am going to make her left handed as the original “Thing” is right handed.
I asked my son to buy me 1.5m of wire. He bought me a roll of 30.5 m of 1.5mm. She used 3mm but hers had a plastic covering. I will wrap it with adhesive tape.
