The hunting trip has been called off. Then they were going to go winter camping and that fell through. If he has an opportunity to go hunting, before Christmas, I will give it to him, If not then I will wrap it for Christmas and surprise him. Either way he will be happy. Mummy rocks. lolol

After wearing so much last year it started to stretch out around the bottom. I picked up all the stitches on the fold with a 2mm needle. K1P1 rib for about 14 rows.
On the inside I picked up stitches about 16 rows from the fold. Folded the band to the inside and grafted the stitches from the band to the inner layer. Much better fit. See pictures.
