Handles: pick up 4 sts on holder and 4 cast-on sts, knit 50 rows in stockinette stitch, grafting to other side.

Button i-cord : 3 sts i-cord with 4,0 mm DPNs.

Express: 40 degrees, 30 minutes.
Lava/Indossa: 60 degrees, 95 minutes.
