My first “just for me” project in over a year, and I finally give in and go for a Clapotis. I blame peer pressure and the need for something warm around my upper arms in the winter.

The project title is a pun I couldn’t resist. Long, tedious message board posts sometimes get tagged -- by the authors or by snarky readers -- with “tl;dr”: “Too long; didn’t/don’t read.” Over time that’s morphed into “Teal Deer,” and since this scarf is both teal and the longest, most tedious thing I’ve done in a long time…

Best advice I can give to make your knitting life a bit less cluttered on this one: Instead of using stitch markers, just purl the stitches you’re going to drop.
