When your best friend calls himself ‘Lemming’ online and occasionally dyes his hair green, you can’t not make something like this for him. I couldn’t be happier about how these guys turned out, or about how much he loves them.

This was my second crochet project, and the first one that I completed. It was surprisingly easy (except for working with the eyelash yarn), and I want to praise the pattern for being simple and readable.

The props are all my own design, mostly to see if I could figure them out on my own, and they’re all done in leftover sock yarn. The floater is supported by a combination of jewelry wire, wooden doweling, and clay.
