I made mine slightly shorter than the pattern, 8” which is just a nice fit around my neck. It also meant I only needed one skein of my contrast colour.

Instead of knitting an i-cord I did french knitting using a strand of Nurturing Fibre Supertwist DK in my main colour Lunar with a strand of Melted Baby Suri. I also inserted the i-cord before I I grafted my outer with the inner lining, made life a lot easier!

I used NF Supertwist DK in Lunar for grafting the live stitches.
