9/10: Cast on Friday, finished first sock on Monday! Got a lot of knitting done after waiting four hours for the next ferry at the ferry terminal. Thank goodness I had my knitting with me!
Easy pattern that’s not too boring. (Maybe a little boring, we’ll see when I’m on the second sock…)

Love the feel of this yarn and the fit of the sock. Not crazy about the variegated colour though, I think I prefer solid socks.

9/18 turned the heel on the second sock. Second sock looks slightly different, thicker stripes of colour I suppose because of where I cast on, or just a different section of the yarn.

9/23 finished second sock! yay!

Wish they were identical but hey, they’re cute and warm and finished.
