Yarn colors: Limelight (light green); Off White; dark Gray (don’t have label); Black; Soft Blue (hat and shrug). Added Soft Green and Mint Blue for the snowflakes. I used an I hook to make the shrug a little larger so my grandnieces (ages 2 and 4) could hopefully use it longer.

I won’t tell you how many times I had to frog this shrug. I had trouble getting the stitch counts right between the V-stitches. So I sat and thought about it and then finally figured it out. I drew a simple diagram so I could keep the count correct for each row. I found using stitch markers helped. I don’t want to discourage anyone because this truly was a very easy pattern.

I added some snowflakes to the hat and the shrug. There is a very good video showing how to do the hair on the hat. Elsa’s Hat is a separate project.
