I tried to resist the Halloween hype, but it finally got to me anyway. I like the “cute” Halloween stuff. So, I thought a few hexagon ghosts would be fun. But then I got into fringes … and tassels … and macrame!

Here are some brief instructions for making the hexagon ghosts:

• Weave up some hexagons, any size, using worsted to heavy worsted weight yarn.
• Leave the ghosts “flat” or turn two hexagons – slightly stuffed – into a hexipuff ghost.
• Put on faces with black Tulip Slick paint.
• Add some fringes or tassels.
