Made for a 2-year old boy. I followed the pattern through round-5, then skipped to round 7 so it would have a smaller circumference. Then I continued until it measured 6” from the top to the edge. Final circumference was 18” with some stretch. I hope it fits him!

I also added the details by adding a round of back-loop-only DC, followed by 2 regular rounds, another round of back-loop-only DC, then finishing up with a single round of DC. This added just over an inch to the length of the hat.

I improvised a scarf to match, “Judah’s Scarf”.
