Re: Pattern: amazing. Super clear. It took a little longer to purl all the purl rounds, but so very worth it.
If I were to knit this again, and if I didn’t feel like purling , I would probably consider doing this—

I’m a sucker for faux seams and so it was love at first sight. The faux seams that run up along the left and right sides of the body and sleeves are just perfect.
Measurements (taken flat, unless otherwise noted):
• chest circ: 17.5”
• body bind off circ: 18”
• upper arm circ: 6”
• sleeve bind off circ: 4”
• neck circ: 16” (unstretched, taken around)
• yoke depth: 9”
• body length from underarm to bind off edge: 9.5”
• sleeve inseam: 15”
Gauge: US7, 20 sts by 19-20 garter bumps
Mods:
• body decreases done differently
• body a tad shorter
• no ribbed hem
• a tad shorter sleeves
• added a few bobbles
I had originally knitted the body with the 1x1 ribbed hem but ripped it back. I like it this way
a whole lot more without the ribbed hem. Also worked out in my favor in the end, considering I had a limited amount of yarn.
3 February 2024: all washed and dried. Like the last couple of Supersoft sweaters that I had knitted, I threw this in he washing machine with some eucalan, delicate cycle. Came out beautifully. Dried flat on sweater rack.
1 February 2024: off the needles.
30 January 2024: one sleeve done. Purl rounds on DPNs are dreadful.
23 January 2024: this thing eats up yarn.
21 January 2024: divided body and sleeve sts differently. 93 for front/back. 58 each sleeve. Cast-on seven underarm sts
20 January 2024: charts A and B done. Added bobbles on round 11 of chart B. Knitted a couple extra garter st rounds after body short rows.
18 January 2024: long tail cast on
Size 2
No darts
No shaping but I did do regular standard body decreases on the side seams, three times. From 200 sts to 188.
