I am back on track with this project after finishing a couple of other projects. Unfortunately, there was a mistake about ten rows back, so I spent the last hour frogging.

Still love this pattern!

Note to self:

Do not attempt to watch “Fortitude” on Netflix and brioche knit at the same time.

I have ditched the stitch markers and finally have the pattern somewhat memorized.

There are nine stitches in between the special increase/decrease stitch pairs.

There are five increase/decrease stitch pairs in each “section”.

The left leaning decrease section starts after two stitches, the right leaning decrease starts after thirteen stitches.

It gets to be sort of like Algebra…who’d have thunk? :)
