Visiting Spane and watching #flamencoshow inspired me to create this #irishlace bolero which I called «Flamenko».

#redcoloredyarn with metallic was #yarnleftover from another project and perfectly matched my idea.

Partly motifs of this bolero were made using additional thread, so-called bourdon. It is a thread of the same color as main thread bent 2 or 3 times and you work stitches on such so-called bourdon for additional thickness of motifs and their visible 3-D effect!
I often use that technique when crocheting irishlace items.

When i travelled through GB for 3 months this bolero was very in use as additional and beautiful part of my wardrobe!
