Notes

I completed this blanket for my sweet Granddaughter Holly, who graduates from high school today. I hooked all my love for her, all my good intentions and thoughts. It is my warmest hugs in blanket form.

This is a lovely pattern.
Easy but interesting enough so you don’t get bored.

I used a single strand of DK for a lighter afghan and better drape. I used about half a skein or every color of Special DK that I had on the shelves.
I started with the larger hook and chained 148 to give me 18 repeats. I used the smaller hook on the remainder of the blanket. This gave me the size of a coverlet…perfect for college!
