Last minute Christmas gift for Johnny.

The green is leftover from Green Boy, the blue was from the shop.

I played with various methods to create jogless stripes for ages on this. In the end I did this, although it’s not that great (see last photo):

When you come to a colour change, just change away. On the first stitch of the second round of new colour, pick up the right leg of the stitch below (old colour), place it on the left needle and knit it together with the first stitch of the new round. I did this for the 3 round stripes, for the 1 round stripes I just knit as normal.

N.B. All photos are pre-blocking, hopefully things will improve with a soak.
