I finished this project ages ago but every weekend, when my photographer is around, it has rained and been really dark. Today I thought I’d photograph it myself, modelled by my coat hanger.

Now that it’s done I wish I’d alternated between the 3 skeins for the entire project, but I still love it.

The pattern has some mistakes in it. Veera is aware but I think Madelinetosh haven’t updated the pattern yet. I followed cardimoon’s notes for the corrections.

The yarn is beautifully dyed and incredibly soft, although a bit splitty. My cat’s hairs seem to love it too and I couldn’t get rid of them even for the photo shoot.

I knit this with zero ease, as recommended in the pattern but, unless you are small, a little ease is a good thing.

I love the buttons. They are akoya shell from a lovely little shop called Our Patterned Hand on Broadway Market, Hackney, London. Cheap too, only 15p each!
