Notes

9/09: Finally, photos. This turned out absurdly large: 28” x 112”. Yes, it’s more than 9 feet long. Where am I going to wear it, you ask? Good question. Looks fabulous in a photo, though!

5/09: Another 2 year old WIP done, hurray! Photos after blocking.

4/08: Picked up again (I put it away in the middle of a row!)--it’s gorgeous, love it, must finish quick.

I’ve modified the design for the heavier yarn; I stopped increasing the width of the stole at 5 pattern repeats instead of 7. Because of the backward loop cast-on in the lace patterning, it’s much easier to knit this on straight needles. Very pretty, easily-memorized lace pattern.

Hibernating, no fault of the pattern. It’s just that I knit 2/3 of it, then had to rip 1/3 back, due to own stupidity. And need to take a break.
