Well it didn’t take very long to make and the pattern was easy to remember. But the yarn … The colour striping is glorious but the texture to work with was not nice. I think because it is 30% wool, there were often sections that felt really thin, almost like cotton thread. Not too much of an issue with crochet but might have affected the texture if knitted.
I’ve just washed it and it’s pinned out to dry. I’m hoping it will be super soft when it’s dry.
Oh, and the amount of excess dye that came out during washing was ridiculous!
