I’ll make the lace darker and on top/ sleeves add a 3rd lighter color. Edging (Rollrand) with the dark speckled yarn.
After all, I quit the 3rd color at the collar / sleeves. Only 2 colors are more elegant.
Quit the second garter row section and insert vertical lines with slip stitches between the repeats and/or at the middle top stitches.

2 color cast on with the speckled yarn and the darker green

started with 4 rows reverse stockinette and one row plain knitting

Changed the first section to pattern No. 46 of the Japanese Knitting Stitch Bible and putted a bead on top of the CDD.

Decreased in between the repeats with a CDD in row 20.
