Row 2 (WS): slip1 purlwise, (ptbl, k)* to last st, k.
Row 3 (RS): slip1 purlwise, p1, k1, (slip 3rd sts from left needle over next 2 sts to the right, ktbl, yo, ktbl, p1)* to last 3 sts, p1, k2.
Row 4 = Row 2

Bind off.
Block gently (optional).
