An idea of mine, I love how it turned out.

Crochet a circle with deep red yarn (sc all the way). Inc 8 on each round to get a shape that is slightly bigger than a circle (a concave cone).

Add one row puff stitch with black.

Fold the circle double, sc the edge with pink once and then with green once.
